Coaching gave me a new lens – a way to transform challenges into opportunities for growth and advancement. It’s why I founded Handspring. In gymnastics, a handspring is the move that turns grounded energy into upward momentum. It’s a moment of pivot and propulsion - and I believe coaching can offer the same in our careers and lives.
